“Moved a spinet piano to our house, then tuned it. This was overall a great experience with a family business run with a personal touch. We purchased a 35 year old spinet piano from another family around 10 miles away. We contacted Lonnie Culp to move and tune the piano on the recommendation of our son's piano teacher. Lonnie promptly returned messages and patiently worked with us to find a time to pick up the piano (no small task, since it involved coordinating 3 busy schedules). He didn't even hesitate when this meant working after normal business hours. He showed up promptly to pick up the piano, worked quickly and showed obvious care and experience in the way he moved it. He moved it on his own truck using an electric lift. Once he positioned it in our house he took his time tuning it. The piano sounds great. Lonnie was courteous, professional, and did great work. His price (even before the online coupon) was lower than other move/tune packages we looked at. We definitely recommend him, and will continue hiring him to tune our piano.”
